Pre-Inspection
The technician will examine your carpet to determine the most suitable cleaning solution and procedure and to check for any damage or staining.
Preparing the Work Area
Large furniture pieces will be protected using slides or tabs. Any piling or fraying on the carpet will be addressed and removed to protect its lifespan and quality.
Vacuum Loose Debris
Loose debris will be removed from the carpet surface using a commercial-grade vacuum cleaner, which is crucial for the cleaning process.
Spot Treatment
The technician will evaluate and treat any pre-existing stains and carpet edges prone to staining. Necessary additives or agitation will be applied before the Pre-Spray.
Pre-Spray Application
Depending on the carpet’s condition, the appropriate cleaning solution will be mixed and applied. The technician will coat the entire surface to dissolve dirt, odors, and stains.
Carpet Agitation
The carpet will be agitated either manually or mechanically. This helps the solution penetrate the carpet backing and relax the fibers for a thorough deep clean.
Extraction Process
